For the most part, Lincoln Townhomes isn't a bad place to live. The office management is nice and the maintenance guy is super nice and always arrives quickly to fix your problems, whatever they may be. Also, these walls must have lots of insulation in them bc you can't hear anything from your neighbors except for the occasional bump here and there. And I have always felt 100% safe coming home at night. Each townhome has its own porch light and there are lights on each of the buildings that light up the parking lots.

Parking isn't the greatest. Of course, it doesn't help to have the garbage dumpsters (with a fence around them) right in front of my complex taking up at least 3 parking spots. There is also a slight bug problem. They DO NOT spray for spiders (but i don't know how many other apt. complexes do, it could be the norm.) and we had LOTS. And beetles and silver fish (which they promptly sprayed for when I complained).

Overall, its not bad. But I don't plan on staying another year bc I think I can find a better deal somewhere.
