I just moved in this month and so far and I like them. I do think the rent is a little steep and the living room is tiny. I have a huge dining room that makes no sense but I do like my new home. My two year old and I share the place.

They are great on the sidewalks for bad weather and I would recommend car ports.

Other then that I would recommend it!
