Living in these townhomes was generally fine, until you had to deal with the office. You can't get anywhere with the office. The front desk can't make any decisions and you are not allowed to speak to the owner. We had maintence issues and it took forever for them to fix them. Our bedroom door would not close, the upstairs bathroom door would not lock (both due the foundation shifting). There were gaps between the floor and baseboards in the front of the residence. Then came time to move out. They charged outrageous for every little thing, but don't expect it to look good when you move in. We had to clean a lot when we moved in. We pd $350 for a deposit and they wanted a bit more on top of that when we moved out....3 years later. They apparently have no wear and tear policy. Also, parking is not monitored, so if you have a neighbor with a lot of friends you will probably not get a close parking spot to your door.

We had a similar experience except it was at one of their duplexes. We lived there for just over 3 years and took very good care of the unit. It was dirty when we moved in and had so many issues. When it came time to move out, they charged us over $150 for cleaning! There were things written down on our move in sheet that they charged us for. Be careful if you rent from them!!!!!!

I currently live there and hope I don't have a similar problem when I leave. Thanks for the "heads up"; I'll try to prepare for them. When I moved in everything was dirty. The floors were waxed over unmopped floor. I have trash and even pubic hairs under the wax in my kitchen that I assume came from the 1/2 bath. Yuk! I have a rug covering it up so I don't have to look at it. What a mistake moving here!!!!
