They are Good! I just moved in this month and so far and I like them. I do think the rent is a little steep and the living room is tiny. I have a huge dining room that makes no sense but I do like my new home. My two year old and I share the place.
They are great on the sidewalks for bad weather

Nice Place Complex is about 3 years old. Two and Three bed units, total electric, energy effecient. Management is on site and have full time maintenance. Like any place there are nice neighbors and bad neighbors no way of knowing until they move in but managment is responsive with

Like it Maintenance has always arrived the same day I've called. Very professional. Agree with the other review though about how they let anyone move in. Some of the neighbors are pretty trashy but if you can get into a good building with quiet people it's worth it!

worse place to live I lived at Aspen Place for 3 years. At first it was a nice place to live. Then after I lived there for 2 years they were more interested in keeping the apartments full instead of having good tenents live there. The police were called all the time.
