Rebutting Negativity - I am a former tenant of Chapel Ridge. I moved out in December of 2011. In my 3 years there, everytime I called in a work order it was taken care of. Fake Management!!!! Well they are very nice appartments. But they are to expensive. You have to pay rent if your doors are painted. (which is so supid). But the biggest problem I found with them was that they will but a note on your door saying that they will be entering you apartment for some

Management I have lived here for almost a year maintenance has never taken very long to take care of a problem. On the other hand the management is rude sometimes, I made a request for a maintenance problem and had a hard time fixing a spelling error and over heard the office staff laughing at
