I moved in here in February 2002 and it sucks!! I would have moved sooner if I could have afforded to. It took them 3 trips to fix a leaky sink in the kitchen and the only reason they fixed it then is because we showed them exactly what was wrong. In the one bedroom the front window doesn't shut right so in the winter if it's not covered w/ plastic it's about the same temp. in that room as it is outside. I told them about that problem several times and was told "you get what you pay for". So in other words if you're a single mom who can't afford much, you're supposed to be cold & miserable. Appliances are antiques! Heater is so loud you can hear it running from outside.

you should have had the city housing agency and healt dept. come in and do inspections. Unsecure window and an unfixed plumbing leak promoting mold are both safety and wellbeing concerns. I used to live in junction city and i know how it it, owners think they can jack up prices because of the area growth and housing scarcity and get away with this crap.
