I was employed in Junction City and moved out of the area. The Agency Kept my deposit and then charged me an additional 800 dollars for repairs and upcoming rent because they said that they will not be able to rent it for 2 months. The apartment was clean. My Ex and I spent 1-2 days cleaning the darn thing.

All of Junghans Agency leases are for 6 months, they do not do month to month leases, if you were only there for 2 months - then you would be held responsible for the reamining time on the lease. If the apartment was clean you would still owe the rent until the apartment rerented.

Jen berg is an idiot she didnt read it properly! It says that they were unable to rent for two months because of repairs(junghans not renters!!!) JUNGHANS SUCK ---- AND SO DOES THERE STATE FARM INS AGENCY!!!

Apparently hihohiho does not know the laws - the only way a rental agency can keep the deposit during repairs is IF THE TENANT WAS STILL UNDER A LEASE. It sounds like jen berg knows exactly the truth behind Kansas Laws.
