I am currently locked into a lease, and I didn't know about problems with the agency until too late. They do not take care of their tenants, if a problem arises, then it's the tenant's problem. Even if the apartment is sub-standard, they will still rent it for outrageous prices. However, they have no problem renting to drug users and illegal immigrants, and have those people live right across the hall from a military family. Renters beware, do not rent from these people.
