Disregard all other reviews. This is one of the only rental places in Junction CIty. I rented from them and had no problems. I gave proper notice when I left and recieved all of my deposit back except for professional cleaning of the carpets which is exactly what I was told by them when I gave notice. Then again I took great care of my apartment and cleaned it myself before I left. They promptly took care of all of my problems when I called and even worked with me the couple of times that I could not pay all of my rent by the 5th of the month. They are very understanding and extremely easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED-- my advice.... treat them and thier property the way you would want to be treated-- EASY AS THAT!
