My husband and I rented from this agency for almost two years. We consider ourselves educated professionals. We paid our rent on time. We didn t smoke or throw wild parties and we feel we were ideal tenants.
When the heating element in the hot water heater broke no one ever came to fix it despite our many attempts at contacting Junghan s. One of our neighbors had a vehicle he didn t use and the tags were expired which sat in the parking lot for over a year. Nothing was done about it despite our inquiries.
The walls of the apartment we rented were paper thin and despite the no pet policy there was cat hair on the tops of our cupboards when we moved in. Also be forewarned that you probably won t see much, if any, of your deposit back despite how well you care for the place.
I highly recommend going elsewhere for housing.
