I rented from Junghans 2 years during which i never had a problem reported to them that was not fixed. You are never going to get every tenant saying great things about you no matter what you do. I got all my deposit back because I took care of the apartment I rented as if it was my own place. I made sure the carpet was cleaned to standard and that the holes i made in the walls from hanging stuff were properly repaired. I have had nieghbors that were doing things in the complex that were illegal. I reported this matter to Junghans and they were given notice. People often expect a lot more than what they pay for and in the end becomes disgruntled and disappointed. You simply get what you pay for. I highly recommend Junghans Agency a a reputable and professional rental agency whose focus is always on the quality of life of their tenants.
