I recently rented from Junghans, the staff were always friendly and took care of any problem that occured. The rent was reasonable for the area. Because of my husband being in the military we had already lived in the area once before and regretfully didn't rent from them the first time. We had to move away that is the only reason we are not renting from them now.
I made sure i read the lease agreement and of coarse they had a person that did a detailed walk through with me before i moved in. Same thing happened when moving out. Recieved all my deposit back, except the 100.00 carpet cleaning fee which was stated in the lease and 30.00 for mini blinds which my son broke so that was expected. They were great and would definitely rent from them again.
