It was brand new and never lived in when we moved into our WAAAAAY over-priced, no utilities included apartment. Thinking they were going to be amazing, we moved in. Bugs everywhere, holes in the walls and by the outlets... terrible services... the clubhouse and pool were nice, the safety was great, the staff was usually very friendly... but none of it was worth our buggy, holey, expensively cheap apartment. It was terrible. It was one problem after another... And when you move out... there is a HUUUUGE expensive check list you have to go through and do and pay to have done before you can move out or get your deposit back or anything. Its pretty stupid and very unclean.
