This place is not that bad except it is like living on post because everyone that lives here is in the military. Other then that I have not had a complaint. The old management has been fired and the new manager is much better. Lots Of younger Soldiers living here and that would probably explain the loud noises and partys but i have yet to experiece any of this. Depends on where you live at the bluffs. There is alot of apartments here. And new ones being built constantly. The constuction is no longer a promblem where I am at but probably still a problem where the new ones are. Parking was huge promblem before but has not been to bad latly. probably due to the last unit deploying. Overall not that bad.
