the bluffs is a great place to live if you want to live in a safe and quite place. of course there are many military personnel that live here, but the overall enviornment is good. I have lived here for two years now and all the issues i see that people have here is because they have never leased before in their lives. the contract is strict but if you know how to pay rent and follow rules you will have no issues. on the other hand if you are a ignorant person and dont pay on time you will have issues. overall the rent price is moderate and the apartments are above average conditions. Ft riley is a good 15-20 minutes drive and local stores are about 5-10 minutes away. dont be discouraged by other comments. it's a nice quite safe place to live.
