Creekwood Apartments are Ghetto Fabulicious!

The rent is low but you get what you pay for.
It's an older complex with older amenities. The apartments have smaller doorways and kitchen cabinets not suited for modern size furniture or products. Your car insurance will increase due to high instances of theft and damage done to vehicles. I have lived there for one year and have witnessed two attempted car thefts outside my own window!
A guest of mine had their car broken into and their radio stolen. Anytime a neighbor feels like complaining about you making noise the management never takes your side. It's always your fault no matter how unreasonable the complaint may be. And if you get more than 3 complaints you get kicked out. One very good thing is that they do not have any roaches!
