Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I have lived at Creekwood apt. for 4 years.
since the new owners took over the first of the year, (2007) they want to raise rates $100 a month. and make us pay water and sewer.
they sprayed down some oil and called it paving....
I have tried for 3 months to get a 2 bedroom,
they have giving me a runaround. (yes we have one , no we do not. we will have a 2 bedroom the 5th...no ....next week....!!
They have NO CLUE!
they refuse to fix the door on the Balcony, the washer and dryer in the basement is broken alot. the outside doors never work right..
the office has no credit apps. or any paperwork. Rita has no idea what is going on. many break ins and windows broken.. $1000 of dollars of speakers and stereos stolen. they wont do any thing.
