I lived here from May 2002 to May 2004 as I attended KUMC. For the money, you can't really beat it in the area. You LIVE closer than the people going to the school can PARK! The management changed as I lived there, but both sets were wonderfully nice. There was a huge snow storm, and I needed to dig my car out before the plows had gotten to our lot. I went to the office and she let me borrow a shovel :).

Granted, you're not in the greatest part of town, but you know that moving in. You have to be careful at night. Don't be stupid, or something will happen to you. Don't leave your car unlocked, etc.

Anyway, the bedrooms were decent sized for the money, and the bathroom was huge compared to some places. :)

All-in-all I had a good experience there, and would recommend it to any KUMC student, KUMC workers, but not really for a family. :)
