I have lived here for about three months now, and couldn't be more pleased. It's a central location for students (KUMC is two blocks away), and isn't far from the Plaza, Crown Center, or pretty much anything you could want or need. The neighborhood isn't the best in town, but the people seem nice, there are frequent police patrols, and the building has secured access. The staff is phenomenal. The apartment manager does everything in her power to make living there great. She's so friendly, and doesn't get upset when you have lots of questions to ask. The maintenance guy is very friendly too, and while he remains very busy, he always has time to come and fix what you need. I've never had to wait more than one business day for any minor issue to be resolved--major issues resolved right away. I highly recommend this place for any student. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
