I've lived here for about a half year now and my apartment is great! My downstairs neighbor introduced herself while I was moving in and over the last 6 months we have become very good friends :)
The property was being painted while I was moving in and they have fixed up the grounds and carpeted the halls and put in new walls on the property.
My next door neighbor had a little roof leak about a month ago and they not only fixed the roof, they replaced the whole thing.
This is my first apartment away from home and I was late a couple days on paying my rent. The lady at the office ave me a break and was pretty nice about it.
