We visited this place today (not a tenant), thinking the price would outweigh the distance to drive. LOL I wouldn't live there for FREE. Ugly, dirty, all the laundry rooms were broken down, the girl at the office wasn't very friendly (honestly I wasn't sure she should have been working there, like maybe she stepped in for a friend'), and despite having lots of open apartments she showed us a recently vacated, dirty one. It was obvious that either A) the previous tenant lived in rancid conditions with broken water fixtures, or B) the maintenance never fixed it for them. I get the feeling it was the latter. I just wanted to get the hell out. Did not look or feel safe even in broad daylight on a Saturday afternoon. Very noisy, people yelling from windows, honking horns, and it SMELLED like ass! I don't mind kids playing basketball or birthday parties but it was one hell of a Saturday afternoon. We laughed the whole way home. Oh, it's called Legend Oaks now.

I will stay the hell out of Wyandotte county =( sorry little dot... you got a bad rap!
