The neghborhood itself is nice and quiet. For the most part the people that live here are nice and respect each other. The problem is...the owner is a cheapskate. There is trash all over the lawns, the parking lot has bumps and holes, they do not have 24 hour maintnence, sometimes it will take 3 days to get things fixed that is if you call on friday, because the maintnence workers are off then. The landlord never says goodbye, he just hangs up the phone on you. I have also heard that the landlord will look thru the tenants mail to make sure that someone elses mail is not arriving. The Landlord does not really care about the safety of the tenants. The apartments kept on falling apart. The maintnence people would just tinker with things so they would work for awhile...then they would fall apart again. There is not a 24 hour laundry. only open during the day. The airconditioners are falling apart. I have allergy problems, there is tons of dust in the airconditioners..so you have dusty air. The dishwashers do not work...food will still be on the dishes after you have washed them. Your are suppost to get free cable with the apartment....the cable is always going out on one or all of the chanels. When I have called to get the maintnence people out to fix something the landlord tells me do it yourself. The feeling I get from this place is the owner and landlord does not care about the people. The vibe I get is deal with it, like they do things that make things easier for the landlord. He isnt even in the office most of the time...his office is right next to his apartment..so he is usually sitting in his apartment watching tv. Last but not least...a few days before and after rent is due, They put up this BIG, bright, yellow and red sign that says RENT IS DUE...so that all of your guest and friends that come to visit get to see it. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Embarrasing.
