I lived here from 98-04. Present manager is unknown to me, so I can't say anything about her one way or the other. Property is owned by management company who can deposit and clear a rent check faster than the speed of light.

When I lived there, manager erected large signs at entrance to property to remind tenants that rent was due - how tacky! Management: Got a problem with a few deadbeats that pay late' Evict them.

Parking lots: Unsafe. Crackheads smashed my car windows out to steal a cheap radar detector. Others reported similar problems.LOts are close to buildings too.

Grounds: Mowed frequently (thursdays at crack of dawn), but little else done.

Apartment: Noisey neighbors. Thin partition walls -I could hear guy upstairs every time he went to take a piss. Old, nasty shag carpet. Was filthy on move in and wasn't cleaned by landlord during the several years I was there.

Landlord's built in satellite system was a joke - usually broken. You could not get cable, so it was dish network or the non-working system.
