Best kept secret in town - EXCELLENT manager (April) and maintenance is first-rate and quick to respond. However, Mowing and trimming is HORRENDOUS. As the former owner of a lawn company, you are throwing away your money by fertilizing and then allowing the lawn mowing equipment to destroy the beautiful lawn by cutting it far too short and not frequently enough. Right now - it's been half-finished for two days. Very bad for curb appeal and speaks volumes about the level of service you're getting. The number of man hours spent and the poor quality of the equipment should be questioned. You should also check into smoking/non-smoking designated units. The smell from the last occupant is very evident.
