I was also shown a very nice a apartment and when it ws move in time I had the option of new carpet or a new stove. The tiled mirrored wall, mine had 2 layers and was taped up by maintance. The maintance man was to close at all times. He would call me and tell me to look out the window and when i did he would be out there at a distance. One time he was on my fire escape outside my daughters room. When I turned down his advances he would be a jerk. I broke my lease and he changed the lock with out the permission of the park manager, so i could not get my things. I ended up losing a lot of my daughters things. Yes the staff at park victoria was told about him and nothing was done. He still lives on site. Watch out single moms, Bill is out there. His desires where the only way i got my maintance calls attended to in a timely manner and most of the time he would only work off the clock at my apartment. Or when he knew I was alone. Someone also tried to steal my car but couldn't get it started and stole my tire. I had to have the stearing column replaced and they had it towed the weekend of thanksgiving while i was out of town.
