This complex is a JOKE!! I lived there for one month and got the hell out of there. If you don't mind roaches, crack heads, almost non-existant maintenance, trashy grounds, shootings etc.... then this is right up your alley.
It's no longer Park Victoria.....now it's Falls of Cottonwood Creek, more like Ghetto of Cottonwood Creek!! Obvious drug deals are happening all over the place, and no one seems to mind because everyone there is cracked out including most of the staff, which is actually going through a major overhaul.
We were lied to over and over about repairs that would be completed that never were. There are vacant buildings that are basically open for anyone to enter at anytime due to missing windows and a/c units.....and they are covered in black mold in the lower levels. Keep in mind they decided to remodel the upper levels anyway.....these buildings are in no condition to be lived in, they are a health hazard!!!
The icing on the cake was a shooting on my front porch.....and 2 weeks after the incident no security or porch lights were installed yet!
This place should be shut down!!!! It's like South Central LA plopped in the middle of Kansas! Do not move there!!!
