These appartments are disgusting. If you have tenants complaints they would hang up on you if you call repeatedly for maintainance problems they are supposed to fix right away. If you need to complain to the manager the girl from the office would refuse to provide his or her number. The manager phone is not on Internet and hard to find. If you want to be miserable rent there (lease 12 months only) and I can guarantee you one year of misery.
