By far, the worst I have ever lived in

This place appeared great at first, and I chose it because I wasn't familiar with the area enough to view many places. It turned out to be a horrible experience! Once I learned the area, the prices are really high for a small space compared to the market here. Then there is the list of problems I had: My apartment flooded twice from rain -- a leak from the balcony under the door and then one in my closet from the ceiling that soaked all my clothes. Then after awhile my dishwasher flooded the carpet on the other side of the bar every time I used it. The mold built up and spread everywhere from the must under the carpet. I had horrible ant problems that never went away no matter how many times I had the place sprayed. And the entire time I was there my oven never worked but the management told me they couldn't fix it nor replace it for me, so I just never had a functioning oven and didn't receive any discount. The elevators are disturbing and you can hear them every time they are used, which is constant because there are only two which causes big traffic jams and you are always waiting for the elevator. Unless you want to pay high prices for special underground parking, their regular parking lot is always full and you are fighting for a spot. And the management changed approximately three times while I was there, nobody could seem to stay working there, not high quality professionals. I would recommend never to go to Rainbow Tower.
