Seriously consider somewhere else. Management here is horrible!! The treadmill was broke for over 3 months and when management was informed their response was: "Go run outside". They have raised their laundry facilities higher than anywhere in the city and the dryers don't work. I had two light fixtures fall off the ceiling for no reason. One bathroom was unusable for about a month before they fixed it. Plus the office takes about 2 hours lunches so don't have any packages sent there or you'll never get them. Also don't plan on being able to find a spot there either. The let all of KU Med. park there so that when you come home TO YOUR APARTMENT you can't find a spot to park. I could go on for hours about them. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else, anywhere else. Find a cardboard box or something.
