I lived on the top floor of the tower for five years. I saw the management change a couple of times. I will that the lastest group was improving the building greatly. I have seen the laundry room, weight room, and lobbies updated.

The parking garage is a good investment for living there if you can afford it. The party room is great to rent for any type of gathering you have and was cheap to get and spacious.

My only complaint was being a South & West facing apartment made cooling it in the Summer very expensive on the 15th floor. I would have stayed when my roommate moved out but was unable to afford it at the time.

Overall I was very pleased with the time I was at Rainbow Towers.
