Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
Condensation pan broke in AC, soaked carpet and stained walls.
They turn off the water at LEAST once per week, the constant turning off and on of water burst a pipe and flooded my carpet AGAIN.
The ants everyone is talking about' They are called "pharoah ants" and you CANNOT kill them.
Want to have a package delivered' You'll need to take time off work because the office is only open during biz hours (usually take lunch from 12-1pm) and they make you come get your package - oh yeah, and they won't tell you when you have a package, you have to just "know it".
