Don't expect any safety, security or competence. When calling their hotline number to report strange activity or loud neighbors, they don't respond in time. The air conditioners are worthless in the summer time. Don't expect your apartment to get any cooler than 82 on a hot summer day, plus you'll have a $200 electric bill on top of that without any cooling effects. The storage rooms are broken into all the time, so don't get one. Parking outside is worthless and if you park in the back, you will find that your car will be blocked in by other tenents. And don't expect management to help out with that, they won't even tow a car if it has you blocked it, because they don't like to do that, or much of anything. The elevators break all the time, the water gets shut off every month for sometimes for the entire day and the complex is infested with ants. Also, the management is horrible, all they will do is belittle you even their own incompetence is at fault.

I fully remember this place and how they do not do anything if you are blocked in, in the parking lot. I also remember the ants and I reported them to the mgr and all I was told was I should keep a cleaner apt but they knew that i was clean for Gosh sakes I had a maid come in 2 times a week and my place was immaculate and you could eat off the floors! They just all made me sick! We moved out and gave notice and cleaned the apt and then waited and waited and waited on the deposit check to come and no check. I called Carol the mgr at the time (in 1997) and she said we left the apt in shambles and I told her that was -------- cuz we had taken pictures that we dated and also video cammed it and had all sorts of proof that we left it clean and EVEN rented a rug doctor. I had to hire an attorney to threaten them and finally after 9 months I got my deposit back. What a ------- joke!!!!!
