I have lived at RT for about 6 months now and I have had to ants or bugs. ya the water is shut off from time to time because some people are incompetent to work things the proper way. dont blame the maintence men for ur incomptence to work a dishwasher. I believe that the building is going through some really good changes and the office people are great. the parking lot could use some work but not every place is perfect. no noise complaints. you dont have to walk a mile to take ur trash out. some people still dont understand the grocery bag rule. so somtimes the trash shoot is blocked. like I said u cant just blame the employees blame ur neighbors. overall I think this place is great.
