As far as i'm concerned RT is a great place to live. I must warn you however if you are not used to the city living life style you may be find the neighborhood creepy or the area to noisy. The building is across from a hospital what do people expect. The building is always kept decently cleaned. The weightroom,laundry room, pool, and jacuzzin add a nice feature. The location I would have to say is amazing..7 minutes from down town..5 miinutes from westport maybe like 10 minutes from the plaza it's a great location. There is a number of Grocery stores and a Walmart just a few exits away. As far as bugs and ants are concerned i live on the 12th floor personally and i have yet to see even a spider in my apartment. I don't know maybe that has to do with me being a clean person. All in all i have really enjoyed my stay at RT and i'll put it this way. If you have spent are your life in a nice home in the suburbs then no this place isn't for you but if your a city dweller looking for a nice central location that will give you access to the everything the city has to offer than RT is the best choice.
