worst apartments ever

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I was told I couldnt receive new carpet even though the carpet was ruined it had cigarette burns spots stains and it stank real bad and the office staff is the worst ever to make a long story short NEVER EVER MOVE TO THOSE SLUM LORD APARTMENTS!
