Greetings...

I have been a resident of Royal Ridge since November 2007, and there simply isn't enough space to really explain why you would *not* want to move in here.

The Front Office personell are as pleasent as pie while trying to talk you into moving in, but the moment you've got the keys they turn into the most horrifying, uncaring, SOBs I have ever encountered.

Need something fixed' You're better off giving them notice, fixing it yourself, and suing them to have it taken off your lease (per Kansas Tenent/Landlord Law).

Need to add a roommate/girlfriend/whatever' Good luck. The front office will interject their own sense of morality/ethics/opinion and attempt to block any attempt to adjust your lease if it doesn't suit them.

Need peace and quiet' Ha! If your neighbors (upstairs or across from you) are having a party, you might as well join in.

Come for whatever offer they have... leave as soon as you can.
