Ok so I was asked to move recently because I am a full time student and I have afull time job. If you want to be better or better yourself, do not movet to Stonehedge. I know if I was on welfare and sitting around with no job and 99 kids I would have been able to continue living at Stonehedge. Also the maintenace sucks. The grounds are not kept up. Peoople are ghetto and throw their trash everywhere. The staff is unprofessional and they do not do what they say they are going to do. Dont waste your time with Stonehedge. They seem nice..but trust me after a couple of months you will regret living there.

Staff should explain this student rule to potential residents BEFORE they move in. Stonehedge is a Tax Credit property. It is required to follow rules set by IRS. It does seem to reward everyone except those trying to better themselves. One way around that rule to to be a part time student while you reside on a Tax Credit property. That means attend school less than 5 months in the calender year. The newest exemption/rule is if you or anyone in your household has ever been in the foster care system, you can be a full time student and still live there. Question: Are you the only person in your household? If you have anyone else in your household that is not a full time student, you can live there. There are a total of 5 exemptions. Sounds like you have pretty much had enough of this place. May I suggest when you are looking for your next place to live you ask up front the question: Are you a Tax Credit Property? If the answer is yes, go elsewhere.
