The old management and maintenance did the best they could with what they have but the new manager calls you a liar, argues with you, lets drug dealers deal drugs in the parking lot, people sleep in tents on the grounds, mold everywhere, water running into ceilings, and water running on electrical boxes. The new manager wont fix anything and all the lights are out all over. Move to Boulevard, Worthing, or Woodview, they are not as bad as this place.

My daughter moved in in October of 2004, I wished I would have came to this site sooner. What you posted is exactly what she is going through, I have spent time up there recently, It is a very poor place to live, water running through the ceiling? I think that she got your old apartment, her lease is up in a few months she will be leaving and not looking back. It is to bad one cannot contact the owners of these properties directly, to bad that there isn't some way to do this. Your property is only as good as your management. and this place isn't good at all. I did go in the office to voice some concerns while I was there. Do not expect nothing to happen. but, noted that the office is quite nice. Everything flows and the airconditioning works. Can't say that for the rest of the property.,
