SHADYTREE yes this is the approriate name for this apartment complex. The management is full of SHADY people. Gia the manager is never in her office. She is very rude,and if you call with a complaint,she will say it isn't that important.The office is the only clean unkept building.(HEY BUT DON'T GET MAD & PUT IT ON FIRE AGAIN)There is never any where to park due to tagless vehicles,cars that don't run, and people with 3 and 4 cars.(I THOUGHT YOU COULD ONLY HAVE A 2 CAR LIMIT AT A APARTMENT COMPLEX.There are stray cats and dogs in front of the FAKE SECURITY DOOR.(that is broken any key could open the door) Any way the hallways were always filthy and smelly.Dirty carpets,dead bugs on the walls/ceilings,and also when it rained,it rained inside of the hallways.So you would need an umbrella indoors and out. The apartment I stayed in #1608. Had a molded/mildew stained tub, the roof leaked evertime it rained, bad plumbing,and front door was so flenzy a fly could break in.The maintenance team were all people who looked like they were on probation and needed a job, so that they wouldn,t get in trouble.Most of the time you had to tell them how to do their job. one guy didn,t know how to put a window screen in. When your Wall Unit air condtioner go out, Don't worry they'll bring you a BRAND NEW one from another apartment. (Get it is already used)The smoke detectos were always beeping because of low batteries.HELL my apartments didn't even have batteries and tney refused to buy them.Safety no lighting sometimes the lights did,t even work in the hallways.The consrtuction is horrible it seemed like all my furniture was leaning over.
