The apartments are is such bad shape. Leaking roofs, leaking pipes, mold growing in bathrooms.
Air conditioning is archaic. Not to mention that recently all the laundry facilities were removed from the complex, and no way of having any in your apartment for there is no hookups.
I can't think of any reason to live in this place, if you shop around a bit you will find just as good move in prices at many of the other complexes in the area.
The management is not helpful at all. If you complain they put a note in your file about all your complaints then label you as a constant complainer.
that is funny because I know most of the complex complains and the other half just quit because it didn't do any good.
I guess you can't expect the property to be worth anything if the people behind the scenes are not worth anything.
They might be familiar with the legalities of keeping you in your lease. But as far as communications and help for the tenants, it is a joke.
This place is a joke. Can't wait to get out of here.
