Before posting, I read the other comments. I have lived here going on two years and have had my share of 'problems'. The storage unit I was using was broken into (the lock was actually cut off) and I have three pairs of athletic shoes stolen from outside my door (one pair were nearly worn out-who would them'). Overall, I would say that Suntree is not a bad place to live for the amount you pay in rent. Since I have been here management has dealt with deferred maintenance problems. They have repainted the exterior on every building and have done some extensive interior work (new carpeting and paint on my building). Yes, I can hear the children upstairs running and sometimes playing ball; however, when you live in an apartment you live in other people's apartments as well. The children upstairs do not bother me because I do not allow them to bother me. Also, people who demand quiet often fail to realize that the create noise on occasion.
