Each person below that has written anything negative has either been evicted or has skipped out and owes money. If you would like to talk about safety, Suntree is the only property in the area that does not have breakins. I have lived there since July 04 since the new management took over. I consider the leasing staff to be friendly and considerate. I invite anyone to contact the KCK South patrol police dept and they will confirm this. I have never had an issue with maintenance problems or safety issues. I would like to comment on Johnson's situation in 1718. The only reason any police were because of your boyfriend. We all know why that is!!

Hold the ---- up ANONYMOUS!! Anyways Suntree did suck and as soon as you pull your head out of your ass!!! You will see that. Yeah my ex did suck, but I didnt do any of that ----. I never brong any drama, and when things did happen he was with the neighbors up the street. since they were friends. So you go get Shawn and Ronnie and get on them for all the problems they caused. Cause I never wanted that ---- to go down around my house and I didnt let it happen. Gina sent them to my house instead of sending them to Ronnie's house were they were running from.
