If you have any complaints with the Apartments send them to the Better Business Bureau. And just report them and have them investigated. Even if nothing happens it will stay on their record and sooner or later with enough complaints some one will look into them.

If you contact the BBB, you will see that the above referenced complaint was closed by them as "resolved". You want to make sure that you have a valid complaint with accurate information. It is unfortunate that some individuals take time to post negative comments when they were the ones in error. If you are evicted (as the author above was), you really have no one to blame but yourself.

Mr. "Anonymous" my best friend was an agent for suntree. I know for a fact these people are shady and screw their tenants over. She ended up quitting because she was tired of the way they treated people and stole furniture, and illegally evicted people (not giving them notice, just changing their locks one day if they weren't home) I wouldn't be suprised if you were Gia or someone just trying to make your place look good. Suntree is close to getting shut down anyway, from what I hear. Due to all the laws they break.

Yea Gia "Ms. Anonymous" thats why my case was thrown out and I dont owe nothing, Yeah I would say it was resolved!! But not in your favor. Just give it up the Apartments are crap, and no matter how many fake user Ids you make on here to try to make this place seem nice, its not going to work. I was 18 when I lived there and Im 25 years old now, im older and wiser and i will never be taken advantage of the way that you did me again. So I would suggest that you grow up and get a life, make some much needed improvements to the Apartments and do your job the right way. To everyone else who has had a bad experience with management go to www.kansascity.bbb.org and file a complaint. you can do it online and you dont have to talk to anyone if you dont want to. and you can do it all online. The more complaints the better. But this will be the last time I will be on here abouot Suntree, my case is closed and im putting them behind me, so Gia I will PRAY long and hard for you, that you may be a better person then what you are now, we all have to answer to a higher power, and you need to think about what God will say about you come judgement day.
