I have lived at Suntree for almost a month now, and I have to say that it's a quaint little place to live. The staff is wonderful and extremely nice/helpful when it comes to any of my concerns. The maintenance staff is also very nice. Of course, it might have its flaws but what place doesnt anymore' Very affordable place to live as well and in these tough times its well worth it.

The staff is extrememly nice and helpful at first.
Give it about 6 months, then they'll start screwing you over like they've done everyone else.
