Management could not be worse. Requests could not be done in a slower fashion if they are completed at all. They have no clue as to what is going on.

One important note... the water/energy bill. They are not individualy metered. The apartments divide the TOTAL cost of the entire unit!!! So regardless if you conserve energy or not you will still end up paying more than your fair share if just one person in the complex uses the utilities excessively!!! So be prepared for higher than expected expenses.

Also, management gets paperwork lost, not filed, not written down... whatever the case. They overcharged a tenant halfway thru the year on rent because they did not have their paperwork organized. To add to the trouble, they could not solve the problem within a timely fashion (it took weeks).

One more note about monthly rent. They had lost my first month's check. I received a notice saying i was going to be charged a late fee... well you guessed it. They finally found the check.

Maintenance is pretty much non-existant. Hallway lights were not replaced so it was pretty much pitch black for more than half the year.

Parking... don't get me started!!!

Don't bother with this place... it is run by clowns. You can do much better.
