The Waterstone formerly Worthing Place Apartments

we never had any maintenance problems here, no bugs, nothing..and at the time, the washers and dryers were broken, so they were free..no quarters needed, which was nice. They started renovating to Worthington Place when I was living here, and everyone was put on a month to month rent so you could move if you didn't want to pay the higher rent. We moved for other reasons, but somehow, there is no record of this month to month everyone was on, and they are trying to get us for owing them money on leaving our lease early...we have been disputing for years now.
Overall, I thought the place was ok, maybe it has changed from then.
The manager will always hold a special place in my heart...we moved because my 10 week old son passed away in our apartment. I couldn't live there anymore. The manager at the time heard from the police. She went door to door within the apartments with a Folger's coffee can asking for donations, then showed up at my house the next day and handed it to me as well as giving me that month of rent for free. The residents were great, and I loved my neighbors there.
