(1)Air Conditioner broke..Took them only 4 tries to finally fix it.
(2)Kept sending me late rent notices...They had us down for 2 carports & 2 storage units...We only have 1 storage unit..Received notice they were going to send to attorney...They finally called and I informed them of THEIR error.
(3)Hallways/Stairs are horribly dirty and lights don't work half the time
(4)Have seen a few people digging/going thru the trash bins outside
(5)Office gave my carport (that I pay for) away to a lady who moved in...Office finally told the lady she couldn't park there anymore
(6)Parking lot filled with trash..Trash bins are not emptied as much as they need to so it is all over the ground..Also idiots trying to dump huge pieces of crap furniture in the trash
(7)Utility bills are very high (Highest I have ever paid anywhere)
(8)The water is always being turned off for service of some sort
(9)Not well insulated...Summer is extremely hot and Winter is very cold
(10)Have had my clothes/under pants stolen on numerous occassions from laundry room (1st time was our 1st night here)..Recovered a jacket from 1 resident by going door to door
(11)Someone attempted to break into my car (ruined door knob/lock) and boyfriend's got keyed on his brand new SUV..Office was no help they sent out stupid letter to all that didn't even pertain to our problem
(12)Moved in @ $509/Month..Lease expired they bumped us up to $650/Month...Totally not worth that amount of money (especially with the carport and storage unit charges that are additonal)
I could go on and on with how bad our experience has been here. I wish I would have moved to Woodview down the street..At least I would have a W&D in my apt..When our lease is up in the spring we are OUT OF HERE!!!
