Good apartments, good management, great for students!

I'm currently a medical student at KU and I have had very good luck with Worthing Place. The staff are always willing to talk with me and my roommate on items pertaining to business, service, maintenance, etc. The management team was also very nice and were interested in my life outside of the rental aspect of it. Overall I have been pleased. The apartment did have some problems with the plumbing and the hot water for the shower. The neighbors above me made quite a bit of noise but after consulting the management one time, the problem resolved. I read some previous comments and don't believe that they are true. This apartment complex is a good one and the price is perfect for a student's budget.
