Run, if you can! The office will try and fake you out.They DO NOT care about you at all.You can pay for a car port and any body will park in it.They do not inforce the parking rules.we now have roaches.....The people they have allowed to move in are questionable. ALL they care about is your money.Eight people can live in one apartment,dirty diapers lay every where.
The noise is so awful.The walls are very thin.People party at all hours,and all night long.They say they have patrol at night..Ha Ha I have called three times and never have I seen them come.
This is such an awful place to live.I only have a few months left.I will put my things in storage and live in a Hotel if I have to.
Oh I forgot to mention. Worthing does not inforce "PICK UP YOUR DOGS DROPPINGS" that is every where. You can not even walk too far in the grass for dog s--t on your shoes.
The NEW Manager is a total joke.Very hateful and talks down to you when you need help.
