Neighbors are ridiculously loud, it always takes multiple calls to maintenance to get them to come fix things (and there is always plenty to fix!), we have cockroaches, the gate almost never works, my car has been keyed, management is flighty, its horribly insulated and the windows always leak when it rains.

management is not flighty, they help resolve, this isn't even the name of the property so who is flighty.
